With years of experience training youth and teen athletes, he specializes in turning raw potential into elite performance. How is your training different from other local programs?
At David Jenkins Training, we don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. Every athlete gets a customized plan based on their sport, age, and performance goals. We focus on explosiveness, movement efficiency, and mental confidence — not just conditioning. Our goal is to help athletes transition from average to elite through real coaching and proven methods.

We train athletes of all levels, especially youth (ages 8–18). Whether your child is just starting or already on a travel team, we meet them where they are and help them improve step-by-step. Confidence and results grow through consistent, focused training — no matter the starting point.

Absolutely! We offer virtual coaching programs that include live video sessions, weekly training plans, video analysis, and personal check-ins. Many of our athletes train remotely and still see huge improvements in speed, agility, and strength — all from the comfort of their home or field.
